Beginning with the project kickoff we work to complete as much research and historical review needed to develop the best component list, recommendations and funding plans possible.
Review & Finalize
We always issue a draft of the reserve study. We consider this an important part of the review process to ensure accuracy and quality. Only then will we finalize the report.

CEDCORE is made up of two parts. “Ced” in latin means: move, go, and forward. Core means heart, soul, and mind. When put together we coined a new verb meaning; to move forward with heart and soul.
