CEDCORE is made up of two parts. “Ced” in latin means: move, go, and forward. Core means heart, soul, and mind. When put together we coined a new verb meaning; to move forward with heart and soul. Therefore, we have made it our goal to make the reserve study process as easy as possible. We send out weekly status reports via email, eliminating any question regarding the progress of the report and more importantly the time and distraction of tracking it down.

Whenever a referral is made or guidance provided to the board of directors regarding which company or proposal to chose, we realize that its your credibility at risk. We know you get a lot of questions regarding reserve studies. Both before and after a reserve study is completed. You may even be asked to make alternate funding scenarios. Because its our goal to serve both you and your client we encourage you to refer those to us. We are happy to work directly with the board however needed, this includes attending board meetings, providing alternate funding scenarios answering any questions and any other needs the community may have.

What is the general cost of a reserve study?
The cost of a reserve study is dependant upon several factors. This includes the level of service needed, the age and size of the community, as well as any included amenities. We are happy to provide a proposal or answer any preliminary questions free of charge.
How long will it take to complete our reserve study?
The standard industry turnaround time is between 8 and 12 weeks. However, we don’t consider ourselves standard. Therefore, we strive to complete all projects within 4-6 weeks of obtaining the standard information.
How many printed reports will you provide?
We believe that every board member should read the reserve study therefore, we send every board member a physical color copy of the report at no extra charge, as well as an electronic copy for future reference and reproduction.
Can you provide references?
We understand there can be questions prior to any first engagement. We commit to complete satisfaction and are always happy to provide multiple references upon request.
